Fantastic rustic finca located in the countryside near Campanet, in the north of the island. It can accommodate 10 people.
This restored villa, originally built over 300 years ago, has a special charm. The outside areas (and even some walls in the house) are hand-hewn stone. The farm is situated on a plot of 70,000 m2, which has fruit trees and chickens. The privacy of the property is total. There is a saltwater pool of 50 m2 with a depth ranging from 1m to 2m. Around this pool, there are 8 deck chairs and an umbrella for you to relax while sunbathing. Right in front of the pool, there is a covered area with a sink and several cupboards, where you can prepare small snacks by the pool. There is a 700 m2 terrace, which is also furnished.

The house is just 1.7 km from Búger, a nice little village, and 4.5 km from Sa Pobla, a town with all possible amenities. Located a few kilometers away, the lovely town of Pollença is worth a visit. Walk around its beautiful cobbled streets and all the little shops in the area, and climb the 365 steps up to the Calvari –a small church on top of the hill-, which will give you magnificent views over the region. Only a 20-minute drive will take you to Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Spend a day on the sandy beach and have a cocktail while enjoying the sunset. In the area, there are good restaurants to eat good paella, some with stunning views of the bay of Alcúdia. The promenade of Can Picafort is lively and contrasts with the tranquillity of Platges de Muro. It is also advisable to approach the area of Alcúdia, where there are coves with crystal clear waters. Apart from the north, you can visit the beaches of the east of Mallorca, small sandy and rocky beaches perfect for nature lovers.

Upon entering the house you will find a cosy furnished hall and a comfortable living-dining room. There you can relax and unwind by watching satellite TV, a DVD movie, or reading a good book. The dining room consists of a furnished area where you can enjoy great meals and dinner with your loved ones. Just off the dining room, there is a fantastic room with stone walls and a dome-shaped roof. The separate kitchen uses gas and is fully equipped. You can enter the toilet from the kitchen. The laundry room has a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. This house offers 5 lovely bedrooms, each with a closet, A/C and heating. There's one twin bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom on the ground floor. The remaining 4 bedrooms are on the first floor, two with a double bed and two with two single beds each. A cot and a high chair are available. Three bathrooms with bathtubs can be found on the first floor, 1 of them en-suite.

- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- We cannot accept guests under 25 years old unless you are a family. - We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

- The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid in cash on-site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years old.
